Ofcom is the regulatory body that looks after television sector, it's quite effective because you can make complain through many ways. and apparently they've made it quite easy to make a complaint because the site was divided into different sections which were more specific about what we want to complain about.
  • who was involved? and what's the outcome.
This case involved Sky's documentary which will actually show the moment when Craig Ewert dies. and the outcome for this case was that Ofcom has no power to stop the show being transmitted.

Regulation

The regulations I need to follow is that data protections, health and safety also copyright act because I will have to make sure that my data is safe. And  keep my documents safe is also important because if I loose it I cannot complete my film. I also need to make sure that I get location permission as well because I might take some shot in certain area. Anyone who has contribute to my film, I will name them in the credits because it's also considered within regulations.

Copyright

I've been look at on many sites but there's not much suitable and copyright free music to use, I won't be able to use it if it's copyrighted so I have to prevent to buy The music that I am going to use is free and I find it in iMovie default musics so I don't think there's a copyright issues as long as it's not use in commercial products. And I won't use any secondary sources like video clips, news headlines in my film.

health and safety

Health and safety is important because I do not want to hurt myself during filming, and I will prevent to hurt anyone else. So there are things I need to take extra care of.

Slippery floor/stairs- those are extremely dangerous once you don't take care of it.

The wall in my room- because it's a small space so I have to watch my head because I sometimes just accidentally smashed my head onto the wall.

Cat- I do have a kitten in my room so I have to watch out because it scratches people sometime.

Script

This will be the script for my final production, obviously I will be the camera person as I am going to complete these tasks on my own. I will be the director and I might adjust the narrative while i filming.  I will write up the dialogue and go through it many times because English is not my first language, therefore I need to make sure it's understandable to the audience and I speak it confidently in front of camera.

There won't be story tellings, it will be just me talk through my opinions of mobile addictions because I do believe I am one of the mobile addicts. And I do believe that I can represent them and to say my true feelings about the disadvantages of mobile overuse.
